I have been doing a lot of experimentation in the kitchen - especially with vegetables. Trying to find more (edible) ways to get them into my family's diet. Some things have turned out surprisingly well - like baked cauliflower and roasted vegetable pizza. So, when I saw this about Kale Chips - I had to give it a try. I mean if a vegetable can be tasty like a chip...I'm on it! Because, you know, chips rock. Anyway...love chips, no love for the veggies. Decided to try this, in hopes of being pleasantly surprised. And......ewwww. They do get crispy, and they are edible, but they are not something I will be making again. Unlike my homemade yogurt - which I've just about finished my 2nd batch, and going to make more! The greek style is SO good - better than Chobani or the other brands I've tried, if I do say so myself. and I do.
