'The Lean Belly Prescription' Book Review and Giveaway!


You know the handsome Dr. Travis Stork from the TV show 'The Doctors'?  Well, he has written a book-  The Lean Belly Prescription.  Now, generally, I do not enjoy reading anything other than fiction.  Suspense, thrillers, etc.  I'm real intellectual.  However, I was interested in hearing what the cutie doctor had to say.  Within the first couple of pages, I was hooked.  It was an easy read, with very common sense, easy to follow guidelines and healthy eating principles.  It's definitely information that every American should read.  I say American, just b/c there are so many of us that are overweight.  It has become an epidemic in this country.  Myself included.  I am not obese, but need to lose 20 lbs.  Well, I need to lose 10 lbs to get back into a healthy weight range.  I need to lose 20 to look hot.  So, 20's my goal. haha.

Since having children, I know all about belly fat.  ew.
