Just a few things...

I know I've already posted about my awesome bread today, but there are a few other things I wanted to mention.  Like....
A MONDAY blog hop!  It's fun to visit new blogs right?  And we all want more followers right?  So head over to Frugality is Free and link up!  She also highlights a Blog of the Week.  There is a Question of the Week for you to answer to "get the conversation started". 
This week's question is
 When was the last time you went camping and what's your favorite camping destination?

Answer: The last time I went camping was the summer of 2007.  My mom and I took my girls camping at Rodanthe, NC - which is probably my favorite place to camp.  My parents had a pop-up camper then and we were all proud of ourselves that we went on a weekend camping trip with NO MEN to help out.  I am woman, hear me roar!  I haven't camped in a tent since I was a teenager, but I would love to have a camper again.  I think it's important to do stuff like that with your kids.  It creates lasting memories!




In other news...JDaniel4's Mom does a post 'Great Posts I Came Across This Week' and she mentioned lil' ol' ME!!! (toot toot <---- yep, that's me blowing my own horn.  Which, btw, is one of the dumbest expressions ever)  Seriously, I was honored and excited that she like one of my posts enough to mention it to her readers!  Thanks JDaniel4's Mom :)  Y'all go check it out!

    Sounds like you guys had fun. We have a tent but have not used it since my girl was really little. I shudder to think what the boys would do to a tent lol.

    I have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of camping. The last time I went was in college and I was SO COLD at night!

    Your camping trip sounds fun! My last camping trip was in college with a bunch of friends. I remember being SO cold at night and having to maneuver myself out of a tent several times in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom...NOT FUN! :)
