This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Do you have a Walgreens in your area? We have a nice new one that I have passed right by on several occasions without stopping. Then one day a while back I wanted to stop in somewhere quick (ok, so I wanted a snack) and decided to run in. (I love a nice clean store!) As I was quickly going through to grab a drink (and possibly some chips too) I was distracted by all the great deals I saw!
So a few days later, when I needed to restock on Children's Benadryl (because you know with Mr. Three's allergies I have bottles of it everywhere!) and I was having some allergy issues myself, I went back to Walgreens. The pharmacist was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable (which is good, b/c I think I know everything, so it’s hard to impress me. I’m only halfway kidding.) I was given a suggestion of a new product to try for allergy eyes, and it worked great. Also, I was able to get the Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Product way cheaper than the brand name Benadryl. Score! I also picked up their brand of acetaminophen at a much cheaper price than the brand name.
The pharmacist also informed me the Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products are pharmacist recommended and they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. With most of the products containing the same active ingredient as the national brands, I feel comfortable using them, and love that they cause less stress on my pocketbook!
Also, as if the prices weren’t enough, Walgreens will provide up to $3 million dollars annually to the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™. I thought this was incredible. It’s so nice to see a company that wants to “give back” to the community. The Walgreens Way to Well Fund™ provides free preventive health tests, other health and wellness services, as well as education to local communities.
Are you a Walgreens fan? Want to check out some of their great deals and products for free? Several bloggers are offering giveaways for Walgreens Gift Cards! Check 'em out!
That is awesome ~ I think that I need to shop Walgreens more often.
