Memorial Day Menu Ideas

What are your Memorial Day plans? As of this moment...I have none.  However, I'm thinking maybe spending the weekend at my parents', and maybe a ride down to the beach.  We will see how it goes.  First, of course, I wanted to have some menu ideas :)

I'm thinking....

a good ol' grilled burger with homemade hamburger buns

-or-

grilled boneless pork ribs....mmmmm
