My new favorite baking product...coconut oil! I have been using it in everything! I will be posting the recipes over the next couple of weeks. (Be sure to check out the Dark Chocolate Baked Donuts & Chocolate Covered Banana Pops already posted) I love having an alternative to butter and it makes everything taste great too. Depending on what you are making, you may be able to taste a slight hint of coconut flavor. I will try to make notes of that in the individual recipes. I have never been a coconut fan until recently, and now I can't get enough!
