A favorite of my kids would be this Ham and Cheese Biscuit Pull Apart Casserole -
My husband really likes this Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, and it's a great way to use up ham AND chicken or turkey (and bread, if you wanted to make your own croutons for the top!)
My personal favorite is this Sausage, Ham and Cheese Quiche . This dish made me fall in love with quiche, and they are so versatile that you can throw in all sorts of leftovers or whatever is in the fridge. I have made this a few times, each time changing up the ingredients based on what was on hand.
Another one of my favorite things is...
Monte Cristo Sandwiches. I am really wanting one of these now, and I think it just made the menu for this week!
Do you always end up with a lot of leftover ham after the holidays? What's your favorite way to use it?

ReplyDeleteI was just about to search on pinterest for this very idea when I found your post on the Marvelous Monday link party. I'm so glad I have some ideas to get me through this week!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim! Found you through Marvelous Monday. Thank you so much for these recipes - I was just wondering what I was going to do with all that ham :) I'm a new blogger writing about being in my 40's - I can relate! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI love all of those leftover ideas Kim! I didn't go traditional this year since it was just me, my husband and Mom - I made fresh pasta with a Sunday Italian gravy - so good!
ReplyDeleteBut now I really want a monte cristo sammie too!
Delicious recipes for the leftovers.
ReplyDeleteI make ham and hashbrown casseroles and pop in the freezer.

Leftover ham is one of the best reasons for me to host Easter dinner.
