I'm back! Yes, an entire week without blogging, my iPad, my laptop...it was great! I spend quality time with my family...in FLORIDA! We went to
Disney World,
Sea World,
Discovery Cove (which was amazing) and now we are home. I am already missing the 80+ degree weather. I am not missing the crowds of people however. It is ridiculous how rude some people can be. We saw some incredible sights, ate delicious food, and spent a lot of time walking and in long lines and hit crazy bumper to bumper traffic in SC to and from! Yes, we drove. From NC to FL. 12+ hours, in a car. With 3 kids...
So, as I am working on getting unpacked and trying to get back into the swing of things, I thought I would share this Copycat Chick-fil-a chicken that I wrote for

so was it a copycat? I used to work at my neighbors CFA, I did promotional stuff for them, but had access to free chicken! oh my! lol I can tell you CFA pressure deep fries their chicken and yes, they use peanut oil, but it's like a special kind of peanut oil. I don't like to fry, so when I want CFA, I go and get some. Extra pickles! Just not too often!

The chicken looks amazing!!! We are driving to FL from IN next month...not looking forward to the long drive, but Universal will be fun. Sounds like you had a great time on vacation!!!
