Chocolate Mocha Pudding Cake

I know I posted cookies last week....but I have another dessert to share. 'Cuz we luvvvvv dessert. And this isn't just any dessert....this is a layer of chocolate cake that bakes up with a luscious pudding layer underneath full of rich chocolate and coffee flavors. Adding ice cream takes it over the top! I like to think of it as lava cake on a large scale....because bigger IS better in this case.
